Cancellation Policy

by booking a appointment you to the following policy: Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits must be paid through my site only. • No deposit = No appointment. • Deposits go toward your total on the day of service. Payments • Remaining balance is cash and Zelle ONLY!!!! no card payments (tap to pay or manually insert) will be accepted • Please bring exact change if possible. change will be provided and ALL money will be checked for counterfeit Cancellations / Reschedules • Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. Before Your Appointment • Arrive with bare nails unless you booked a soak-off service. • If wearing a set from me, all 10 nails must be intact with little to no lifing for a fill (please make sure of this if there is no lifting . I will have to turn you away day of due to not enough time to finish your set if so Guests • Please ask me first before bringing someone with you im very lenient with who comes just want to know who is walking in my door» Late Policy • 10 minutes late WILL require rescheduling and loss of deposit. Wrong booking • failure to book correctly will result in rescheduling • make sure if getting a fill there is either minimal lifting on up to two fingers any more will have to result in rebooking due to proper booking • if struggling with how to book always DM or text me and I can help figure out the nail tier For new Clients • I do not work over or remove another nail tech's work. • I only only work on my work • Fills must be booked every 2-3 weeks because product gets old after that time. Anything past three weeks needs to be booked as a rebalance. • Anything past 5+ weeks will require a soak off + fresh new set (not a fill). Condition Requirements • There must be no lifting in order to do a fill. • If nails are lifting, broken, or severely damaged, a removal + new set will be required Rebalance vs a fill When booking a fill, you will have two options: • Normal Fill or rebalance • a fill is done every 2 to 3 weeks and a rebalance is done every 4 to 5 weeks (Booking the correct option ensures enough time is reserved for your appointment.) Design Changes • A design change during a fill includes removing the old design and applying a new one. Make sure to book for the correct tier of nail art (Tier 1, 2, or 3 depending on your chosen design). • If you're unsure which tier to select, DM me and I can help you choose the right option.
